Enterprise Account Executive
Context & Impact:
We're building a high-impact Enterprise Growth motion inside a $100M+ ARR scale-up - and we need enterprise sellers who know how to create opportunity where it doesn't exist.
This is not a traditional Account Manager role.
This is a hunter role focused on both Enterprise Expansion and New Business across North America.
You will own a defined set of enterprise accounts while also driving new logo acquisition - penetrating complex IT and security organizations, multithreading across buying centers, and building compelling business cases that win executive support.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will directly influence:
  • Enterprise ARR growth
  • Expansion revenue
  • New logo acquisition
  • Multi-product adoption across Cybersecurity, ITAM, and ITSM environments
  • Executive relationship depth within strategic accounts

Top measurable goals in the first 12 months:
  • Successfully complete all Sales Enablement training and pass the product and sales acumen assessment.
  • Build a healthy pipeline, advance opportunities through the sales cycle, understand your assigned book of business, and consistently close new revenue.

Challenge
The main challenges you'll face are:
  • Prospecting and creating pipeline within complex enterprise environments
  • Navigating IT, Security, and Operations stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Balancing new business acquisition with expansion revenue growth
  • Operating in an evolving enterprise motion where playbooks are still being refined

This role is designed for builders who thrive in ambiguity and win through discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of Enterprise accounts across North America
  • Drive new business development and enterprise expansion opportunities
  • Penetrate accounts deeply - map org structures, identify decision-makers, and multithread across IT & Security teams
  • Create pipeline through proactive prospecting, whitespace analysis, and executive outreach
  • Build and sell compelling business cases tied to operational efficiency, cyber risk reduction, and ROI
  • Execute full enterprise sales cycles - discovery, qualification, negotiation, and close
  • Lead cross-sell and upsell motions across Cybersecurity, ITAM, and ITSM use cases
  • Partner with Sales Engineers and Customer teams to win complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Maintain strong forecasting discipline and CRM hygiene

Key Requirements

Hard skills:

  • 3-5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success in Enterprise New Business and Expansion Sales
  • Experience selling into IT, Cybersecurity, ITAM, or ITSM buyers
  • Track record of closing $50K+ ACV enterprise deals
  • Experience engaging Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders
  • Strong account planning, whitespace identification, and multithreading skills
  • High standards for forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline

Soft skills:

  • Self-starter with strong hunter mentality
  • Detail-oriented operator who owns every deal and next step
  • Collaborative team player who elevates cross-functional partners
  • Resilient, disciplined, and outcome-driven

Our Offer:
  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure aligned with enterprise SaaS benchmarks
  • Healthcare coverage
  • 401(k) with 4% company match
  • Hybrid work model - 3 days per week in our Austin, Texas office
  • 10% travel
  • Career growth opportunities within a global Enterprise Sales organization
  • International collaboration and company events
