Description

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving net-new revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing financial institutions that can benefit from Bounce's platform.

This is a full-cycle sales role focused on sourcing opportunities, developing relationships with senior decision-makers, navigating complex buying processes, and winning new business. You'll work directly with leaders across Operations, Collections, Recovery, Risk, Compliance, and Executive Leadership teams at banks, credit unions, fintechs, and lending organizations.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly motivated, and thrives in an environment where initiative, resourcefulness, and execution drive success. We're looking for someone who can quickly learn our business, understand customer challenges, and effectively communicate the value of our solutions to prospective partners.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic account targeting
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within banks, credit unions, fintechs, and lending organizations
  • Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and executive-level presentations
  • Develop account strategies that align customer challenges with Bounce's solutions
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Procurement, and Executive stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Product, Operations, Legal, and Customer Success teams throughout the sales process
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM systems
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics impacting financial institutions
  • Represent Bounce at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings
Requirements
  • 6+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated success selling software, technology, or services to banks, credit unions, and fintechs
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience generating net-new business through proactive outbound prospecting and relationship development
  • Success managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to build credibility and influence senior executives and business leaders
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills
  • Naturally curious with the ability to quickly learn new products, industries, and customer challenges
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can evolve quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, Slack, and modern sales technology tools
  • Self-motivated with a high level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Experience selling into collections, debt recovery, lending, credit servicing, or adjacent financial services markets
  • Existing relationships within banks, credit unions, fintechs, or lending organizations
  • Experience working within a startup or high-growth fintech environment
  • Familiarity with AI-powered software, workflow automation, or operational technology solutions
