Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S) is currently seeking an Enterprise Service Operations Senior Manager to join the team in either Seattle, WA; Plano, TX; Berkeley, MO; Seal Beach, CA; Ridley Park, PA; Arlington, VA; North Charleston, SC; Chicago, IL; or Mesa, AZ.
The selected candidate will lead a broad set of business impacting activities that will modernize and transform the way IDT&S performs operations. Your objective is to set the strategy and execute plans across multiple workstreams to vastly improve our IT Service Management ecosystem across our global businesses. This includes supporting ServiceNow platform modernization and functionality, strengthening global governance, risk, and compliance operations, and leading our supplier strategy for Enterprise IT Operations.
This challenging role reports to the Director of Enterprise IT Operations as part of a global leadership team. This role requires mature confidence, collaboration, humility, a global mindset, and the drive to lead consistent improvement to deliver results across a variety of workstreams. This role will have direct engagement with senior executive leadership and requires a keen ability to influence and lead beyond direct organization.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead organizational change management for the operations organization to ensure broad enterprise adoption of operations processes and tools
  • Lead operations process and technology tool integration across the IT Service Management ecosystem to ensure cohesive, end-to-end operations service and improved employee experience
  • Lead development and lifecycle of Integrated Operations Roadmaps
  • Mange the supplier strategy for the global Enterprise IT Operations organization
  • Strategic Planning: Define, analyze, and implement business transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Program Management: Create, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and IDT&S governance framework
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between executive leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to gain buy-in and manage expectations
  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance Management: Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and dependencies
  • Performance Tracking: Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success to ensure value and communication

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 10+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions, or initiatives
  • 10+ years of experience leading large scale IT transformation projects
  • 10+ years of experience leading teams in a formal management role
  • 5+ years of experience in ITIL, portfolio management, or service management
  • 5+ years of experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
  • Willing to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in program management in complex environments
  • Experience leading a team in the implementation of AI & automation capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with senior executive leadership

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $191,250 - $277,150
