What You'll Do:

• Manage and support Exchange servers and Exchange Online environments.
• Troubleshoot mail flow, queues, and performance-related issues of Exchange servers.
• Administer and troubleshoot MS Exchange Server, including recovery and maintenance of Exchange databases.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the Exchange infrastructure and services.
• Administer hybrid O365 environments.
• Utilize PowerShell scripting for Windows, Exchange, and Active Directory administration.
• Implement and manage SMTP protocols.
• Deploy custom Exchange features, service packs, and solutions; manage performance and capacity of Exchange servers.
• Troubleshoot mail flow architecture.
• Support high availability and disaster recovery scenarios.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related components.
• Knowledge of Azure and Entra ID is a plus.
• Work with AADSync/AAD Connect.
• Should be knowledgeable about the rest of the O365 services.

What You'll Bring:

• 2-4 years of professional experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
• Engineer with good academic background
• MCSA: Exchange/0365 or MCSE: Messaging certification preferred
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving
• Strong customer service skills
• Motivated to self learn and stay up-to-date with changing technologies

Travel:
Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
