About the Role

 

At Circle Logistics, our Inside Sales Reps play a key role in driving new business growth and building long-term customer relationships. This is a fast-paced, sales-focused opportunity designed for motivated individuals who thrive on communication, problem solving, and creating opportunities from the ground up.

As an Inside Sales Rep, you’ll work closely with shippers across a variety of industries to understand their transportation needs, introduce customized logistics solutions, and grow your own book of business. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship from experienced sales leaders, and exposure to all aspects of the freight brokerage industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research, outbound prospecting, and relationship development
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by managing day-to-day shipping needs and communication
  • Match customer demand with transportation solutions and pricing for freight-related inquiries
  • Develop strategies that drive increased sales growth and long-term partnerships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and problem resolution
  • Organize and manage daily shipments to support Circle Logistics’ “No-Fail Service” commitment
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategy, account implementation, and service execution
  • Learn market trends and provide customers with innovative logistics solutions

 

What You'll Need:

  • Sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or logistics experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with or ability to quickly learn TMS and CRM platforms
  • Above-average proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Competitive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Willingness to occasionally be available after hours or weekends if needed
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

Qualifications

  • High School or GED Equivalent / (AA)(AS) or (BA) a bonus 
  • Sales experience preferred - but not required
