- Develop and maintain project plans, action items, status reports, risk logs, and timelines across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, presenting solutions and options to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Lead project meetings with cross-functional teams including C-suite stakeholders to communicate status, discuss risks, and manage scope changes.
- Coordinate seamless transitions from sales handoffs through go-live and subsequent sustainment.
- Establish regular reporting and metrics to monitor progress and identify gaps against project goals.
- Manage the customer relationship throughout the entire onboarding process, ensuring a premier end-to-end experience.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of onboarding processes using lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare technology, health system operations, or enterprise software onboarding.
- 3+ years of experience working with or alongside Epic implementations, with a focus on scheduling workflows at provider organizations.
- Proven experience managing enterprise or large health system project portfolios.
- Experience leading executive-level program updates and presentations.
- Strong understanding of how provider organizations operate within Epic environments.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and operational audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience onboarding provider networks onto a SaaS or healthcare technology platform.
- Familiarity with Epic scheduling workflows and provider organization operations.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Customer-focused project manager who takes full ownership of the onboarding experience from first handoff to go-live.
- Confident communicator who can navigate executive-level conversations while staying close to day-to-day delivery details.
- Adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Understands the provider technology landscape well enough to anticipate challenges and keep onboarding on track.
- Brings structure, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset to every engagement.
