Location - This is a hybrid role based out of our Elmhurst office
About the role:
The ERP Manager Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O leads the strategic delivery, continuous optimization, and support of the enterprise D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management(F&O) ecosystem and integrated solutions, managing a cross-functional team of analysts and developers to translate complex business needs into scalable technology platforms.
Responsible for directing the technology strategy, system configuration, and software delivery lifecycles across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with ownership spanning advanced warehousing, D2C small parcel shipping, production, and integrated financial workflows across all corporate and operational facilities. This role is accountable for maximizing core platform capabilities, overseeing technical integrations, managing strategic ISV and third-party vendor relationships, and ensuring robust system governance through role-based security and test automation frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team comprised of Business Analysts, Integration Analysts, and Developers to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
- Direct the functional roadmap, configuration, and optimization of D365 F&O across Advanced Warehousing (including wave processing, containerization, and small parcel shipping), Production Control, and core Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, and Fixed Assets).
- Manage strategic relationships, SLAs, and deliverables with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), systems integrators, and technology service partners.
- Oversee the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle using a blend of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, driving project execution from requirement elicitation through to deployment and hypercare.
- Define and enforce system governance standards, including role-based security matrices, automated workflow frameworks (e.g., AP automation), and software test automation strategies.
- Partner with executive business stakeholders to manage expectations, align applications with corporate objectives, and Champion optimal technical solutions before adopting customization paths.
Other Job Functions:
- Departmental budgeting, resource planning, and software licensing management.
- Azure DevOps oversight for sprint planning, release management, and defect tracking.
Experience & Skills we value:
- Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams (Business Analysts, Integration Analysts, and Developers).
- Extensive functional and architectural knowledge of D365 within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance environments.
- Deep understanding of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) fulfillment logistics, with specific expertise in Advanced Warehousing (WMS) configurations and Small Parcel Shipment integrations.
- Proficient in leading projects under both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating with ISVs, and evaluating third-party add-ons.
- Skilled in establishing application governance, including software test automation frameworks and enterprise role-based security.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leadership.
- Bachelors degree with a major in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have and/or you’ll learn:
- Experience implementing software test automation tools within a D365 environment.
- Deep familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and middleware connecting D365 to e-commerce or standard commercial platforms.
- Advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (SCM or Finance).

Base Pay range for this position:
- $110,000 - $158,000 annually
- Target Annual Bonus: 20% of base salary
The final discretionary compensation that will be offered for this role depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
Work Authorization Requirement:
This position requires current authorization to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship, including support for F-1 Optional Practical Training (OPT), STEM OPT extensions, or other temporary work authorization programs.
