Job Description

Experian is looking for a Finance Business Partner to support Partnerships across ESS. You will provide financial leadership for more than $30M in global product partnership revenue, with a focus on margin, partner performance, and financial returns.

You will strengthen financial planning and governance for product and channel partnerships and support the evaluation of new partner deals across channel, product, AI, and technology partnerships.

This is a remote position. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer, Experian Software Solutions.

You will have opportunity to:

  • Provide financial guidance to Partnerships leaders on revenue, margin, investment, partner economics, and commercial priorities.
  • Oversee financial performance for more than $30M in global product partnership revenue across regions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve partnership margins, commercial terms, and financial returns.
  • Evaluate partner performance, contractual commitments, risks, and financial value, and recommend actions to improve results.
  • Build forecasting, reporting, and accountability processes that connect channel partnership revenue with regional plans and targets.
  • Partner with regional and Group Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams to align forecasts and improve visibility into partner-driven revenue.
  • Represent Finance on new channel, product, AI, and technology partnership deals and evaluate their financial and business cases.
  • Develop financial models and coordinate required GSPC/SPC documentation and financial inputs for partnership and investment decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including finance business partnering.
  • Experience in technology, software-as-a-service (SaaS), commercial, or partnership-driven environments.
  • Experience building financial models that assess revenue, margin, costs, investments, risks, and financial returns.
  • Experience evaluating contractual commitments, commercial terms, and partnership economics.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and cross-functional teams with financial analysis for commercial decisions.
  • Experience improving financial processes and practices across complex or global organizations.
  • Experience with channel partnerships, strategic alliances, partner ecosystems, or similar commercial models.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
