About Hudu:

Hudu is a fast-growing SaaS platform built exclusively for IT professionals and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). We give teams a single, secure, and beautifully simple place to store, organize, and share everything that keeps modern IT environments running: passwords, network documentation, processes, assets, client knowledge, and more. By replacing scattered spreadsheets, outdated wikis, and a dozen disconnected tools with one unified, customizable solution, Hudu helps thousands of IT teams save time, reduce risk, deliver better service, and scale with confidence.

About the Role:

We're looking for an Events and Community Coordinator to plan and run the events that connect Hudu with our customers, partners, and internal teams. You'll own conference planning end to end, coordinate vendor webinars, and run internal events and webinars — keeping every event on time, on budget, and well attended. This role is a fit for someone who's organized, comfortable juggling multiple events at once, and enjoys the logistics behind a great event as much as the moment it comes together.

What you'll do:
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution for conferences Hudu attends or sponsors — logistics, booth/space coordination, vendor and venue management, travel, and on-site support

  • Plan and coordinate vendor webinars: scheduling, speaker/vendor coordination, promotion, registration, and follow-up

  • Plan and run internal events and webinars, including logistics, agendas, and attendee communications

  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts across all event types

  • Set up and manage registration platforms, guest lists, RSVPs, and attendee communications

  • Partner with marketing and sales to align event programming with pipeline, partner engagement, and community goals

  • Track and report on event performance and attendance after each event

  • Help build Hudu's presence in the MSP and IT community through consistent, well-run events

About You:
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, community management, or a related field

  • Experience planning both in-person events (conferences, trade shows) and virtual events (webinars)

  • Strong organizational skills — comfortable managing multiple events and vendors at once, without dropping details

  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Bonus Points: experience in B2B SaaS, MSP, or IT space; familiarity with webinar and event registration platforms

Why Work at Hudu:
  • Innovation & Impact : Rapid product evolution with regular feature updates and new tools. Building tools that solve real pain points for users.

  • Customer Focus: High user satisfaction with ease of use, powerful documentation capabilities, and strong product support.

  • Growth Mindset: A high-growth, startup environment where team members can wear many hats, innovate, and grow with the company.

  • Benefits & Perks:

    • Health Insurance

    • 401k plan with company matching

    • Paid time-off

    • Flexible work hours

    • Work Life Balance
