Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating logistics, and contributing to memorable experiences from concept to completion.

As an Events Assistant, you will work closely with our events and operations teams to ensure every detail is handled efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events

  • Support logistics such as schedules, materials, and venue coordination

  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and partners

  • Help prepare event documentation, timelines, and checklists

  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations

  • Maintain organization of event-related materials and records

Qualifications
