Events & Tradeshows Associate
Job Summary:
The Events & Tradeshows Associate supports the execution of the company’s events strategy. The ideal candidate excels in organization, communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties Include:

Coordinate 100+ regional and national tradeshows, including registration, staff assignments, shipping, onsite logistics, and lead capture tools.

Manage scheduling event shipments and booth materials.

Assist with ENGAGE user conference components and logistics.

Create and maintain Salesforce event campaigns.
-
Manage event lead capture process of set up, routing, and sales follow-up.
-
Support internal and external event inquiries and ensure appropriate event assets and supplies.

Maintain tradeshow materials inventory and support distribution and refreshes.
-
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to prepare teams with collateral, talking points, and event knowledge.

Ensuring the sales team has appropriate assets and equipment for events, such as product collateral, signage, promotional items, supplies, audio-visuals, etc.

Support hosted events and industry conferences by coordinating with internal and external teams, including but not limited to:

Research of event opportunities and details

Coordination of staff assignments and travel itineraries relative to even needs

Gathering presentation items such as session descriptions, presentations, speaker bios and headshots, special requests, etc.

Assistance with additional pre-event preparation and on-site logistics activities.

Handle internal and external events inquiries.

Research and coordinate acquisition and management of events promotional items.

Assist with marketing hosted events and lunch & learn training events.

Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience of coordinating corporate or association events.
-
0–4 years in events, marketing, or related field.
-
Strong organizational and communication skills.
-
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
-
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
-
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
-
Professional communication and cross-functional collaboration.
-
Able to work independently.
-
Experience with Salesforce preferred.
-
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
-
Travel up to 30%.
