We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to focus on EverHealth solutions. In this role you will onboard our new customers to the EverHealth platform (solution determined based on experience and need at time of hire). Specific responsibilities will include providing training and consulting to our customers and helping them onboard in a timely manner. You will develop our customers’ skills to ensure they graduate onboarding feeling confident and comfortable using our software for many years to come.

Responsibilities:

  • Host webinar training sessions joined by multiple customer stakeholders, providing consultancy to both new and existing customers.
  • Serve as your customer’s main point of contact for a 60-90-day period
  • Manage the overall onboarding project to ensure on-time delivery- including coordinating with our engineers for data migration needs, scheduling consulting sessions, facilitating partner integration engagements, and more.
  • Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and emails
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
  • Support learning content creation to support our ongoing digital learning initiative
  • Be willing to travel up to 15% to support in-person customer engagements
  • Become a product specialist to others within the organization- this means not only being the customer’s trusted advisor on best product practices but also being your peers’ trusted advisor on the product as well!
  • Be a solution provider!: We deliver dynamic software to a dynamic customer base. Every customer has unique needs that we need to solve for, which regularly requires a high degree of creativity to string together solutions that meet our customers’ needs

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • An Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Nursing or similar field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in Healthcare Tech, namely in an onboarding/implementation or customer success role
  • Strong bedside-like manner: can patiently support others through a first-time experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable time management skills
  • Project Management experience a strong plus
  • Experience with Salesforce, Taskray, and ChurnZero or similar tools a strong plus

Where: REMOTE, US

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
