About the Role

The Sr. Growth Marketing Manager – Acquisition is a senior individual contributor role responsible for three connected areas of ownership: managing EverHealth's external performance marketing agency relationship, building and coordinating integrated campaigns across brand and growth teams, and standing up a signal-based ABM and outbound acquisition motion. This role allows product-line growth owners to stay focused on strategy while this role handles the shared execution, agency management, and cross-brand coordination work underneath it.

This role reports into the Head of Growth Marketing and partners closely with product-line growth owners, Brand & Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales leadership to ensure coordinated, high-performing execution across the portfolio.

What You’ll Do

Agency Management & Performance

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day owner of EverHealth’s external performance marketing agency relationship, managing briefs, testing plans, and performance accountability across paid search, paid social, display, SEO, and AEO.
  • Translate product-line growth strategy into clear agency briefs, ICP filters, campaign objectives, and optimization expectations.
  • Own reporting on agency-sourced pipeline efficiency (cost per MQL/CAC by channel) and surface recommendations on budget allocation and channel mix.
  • Manage the agency relationship day to day, escalating performance issues and keeping the Head of Growth Marketing informed on material shifts in scope or results.

Integrated Campaign Execution

  • Translate product line strategy, product launches, and messaging direction from Brand & Product Marketing into coordinated, cross-functional campaign execution with product line growth owners.
  • Serve as the connective layer between Brand, Growth, and Creative, ensuring campaigns launch on time and in alignment with brand voice and positioning.
  • Maintain a consistent campaign calendar and operating cadence across the EverHealth portfolio.

ABM & Outbound Acquisition

  • Design and execute a signal-based ABM/outbound acquisition motion using intent data and ICP-based targeting, prioritizing the highest-opportunity product line(s) before expanding portfolio-wide.
  • Build outbound messaging and sequencing strategy in partnership with Sales/SDR leadership, aligning on targeting, timing, and lead handoff, without owning SDR headcount or day-to-day cadence execution.
  • Own and report on the Outbound MQL goal, testing and iterating on targeting and messaging to improve performance over time.
  • Partner with RevOps on lead handoff definitions and data quality standards specific to outbound-sourced leads.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Health IT growth, acquisition, or performance marketing, with direct experience managing external agency relationships.
  • Experience building or scaling ABM and/or outbound acquisition programs, including ICP-based targeting, intent signals, and message/sequence design.
  • Agency-side experience (in-house or client-facing) is a plus, bringing added perspective on how to brief, manage, and get the most out of an external performance marketing partner.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional, multi-stakeholder campaigns across brand, creative, and growth teams.
  • Comfort partnering with Sales and RevOps on lead handoff, targeting alignment, and outbound performance metrics (connect rate, reply rate, meeting set rate), without owning SDR management directly.
  • Working familiarity with sales engagement/cadence platforms (e.g., Groove, Outreach, Salesloft) and core marketing/sales systems (Salesforce, HubSpot); deep platform administration is not required for this role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize performance data into clear recommendations for brand and growth leadership.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a newly scoped role, building process and infrastructure from the ground up.
