About the Job

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Board of Directors serves as a trusted partner, providing high-level administrative, operational, and governance support in a fast-paced global environment. This role is responsible for managing complex executive calendars, Board and committee activities, senior-level communications, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and strategic initiatives while ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and execution.

As a key member of the Legal organization, you will work closely with executive leadership, Board members, external counsel, and stakeholders across the company to support corporate governance activities, legal operations, compliance initiatives, investigations, and project coordination. Success in this role requires anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, exercising sound judgment, and delivering exceptional service while helping maximize the effectiveness and productivity of the CLO and Board of Directors.

About You

You are a highly organized, proactive professional with significant experience supporting senior executives in complex, fast-paced environments. You thrive on staying one step ahead, managing multiple priorities with precision, and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You are known for your discretion, executive presence, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to navigate sensitive and confidential matters with sound judgment.

  • 10+ years of executive support experience, preferably supporting C-suite leaders, legal executives, or corporate governance functions.

  • Experience supporting Board of Directors activities, including meeting coordination, materials management, and executive communications.

  • Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive maturity, and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience working with executive support, travel, expense, and Board management tools.

  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and maintaining the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.

You are energized by supporting senior leaders, solving problems proactively, and creating structure and efficiency in a dynamic global organization.

Salary Range:

$67,300 - $90,520

The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
