What We Need:

We’re seeking a skilled Executive Assistant In this role, you’ll have a great opportunity to build your skills and grow your career!

                                                                             

What You'll Do:

  • Schedule appointments, plan meetings, maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements and process expenses

  • Be a team player with excellent communication skills; be the “hub” by providing constant coordination with other executives and their teams

  • Organize daily, weekly & monthly calendars and work from a constantly updated shared ‘to do’ list

  • Anticipate and interpret the needs of management with minimal direction

  • Screen calls and respond to general inquiries

  • Be available as needed after-hours and/or weekends during busy times

                                                                             

What You'll Need:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant across sales, marketing, operations, finance, or other industry

  • Polished, proactive, and detail-oriented in fast paced, dynamic environment

  • Extreme confidentiality is a must

  • Ability to multi-task critical

  • Adaptable to working across multiple teams in multiple cities

  • Excellent and precise written communication skills

  • Ability to build rapport and commit details about people and events to memory

  • Urgency, collaboration, resilience are all required

  • Strong MS Office Suite a must

  • Close attention to detail, following up until issues are resolved

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-starter that will seek opportunities to contribute beyond job basics.

  • Collaborator who will work with other EA's and Project Managers within organization.

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
