We are seeking a high-impact finance leader to drive Executive Partnership & Strategic Initiatives within Corporate FP&A. This role partners closely with senior leadership to interpret complex business trends, frame strategic decisions, and lead cross-functional initiatives that evolve how we operate, especially as AI reshapes professional services.

We are seeking a high-impact finance leader to drive Executive Partnership & Strategic Initiatives within Corporate FP&A. This role partners closely with senior leadership to interpret complex business trends, frame strategic decisions, and lead cross-functional initiatives that evolve how we operate, especially as AI reshapes professional services.

What you'll do:
- Executive Partnership & Leadership Decision Support
- Translate complex trends, ambiguous business situations, and performance signals into clear executive narratives, options, and recommendations for leadership decision-making;
- Create concise, high-quality leadership materials (briefs and presentations) that drive alignment and decisions in senior forums;
- Lead "so what / now what" discussions connecting data and context to implications, tradeoffs, and actions;
- Strategic Initiatives
- Lead and deliver strategic initiatives that help the firm rethink elements of its commercial model (how we price/package, deliver value, and manage profitability levers) and operating model (decision rights, governance, incentives, and org structure);
- Structure messy problems, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives from concept → decision → measurable outcomes;
- Financially Focused AI Enablement
- Help leaders and teams understand the implications of AI (how work changes, what becomes automated vs. elevated, evolving skills/controls, new ways of delivering value, etc.);
- Drive AI literacy and adoption through practical enablement, such as use-case identification, "how-to" examples, playbooks, coaching, and integration into real projects/workflows;
- Cross-Functional Mobilization & Change Leadership
- Partner across Finance and adjacent teams to implement new ways of working and sustain adoption;
- Establish clear workplans, decision logs, and follow-through mechanisms to keep initiatives moving and ensure accountability.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred;
- 8+ years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting/strategy, business operations, analytics, or similar roles with demonstrated success leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives;
- Exceptional structured thinking and communication skills- able to synthesize complexity into crisp, executive-ready recommendations and materials;
- Proven ability to drive stakeholder alignment and adoption/change, not just analysis;
- Experience in professional services environment highly preferred;
- Fluency in English;
- Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach
