We are seeking a high-impact finance leader to drive Executive Partnership & Strategic Initiatives within Corporate FP&A. This role partners closely with senior leadership to interpret complex business trends, frame strategic decisions, and lead cross-functional initiatives that evolve how we operate, especially as AI reshapes professional services.
This person is not primarily responsible for owning the core budgeting/forecasting cadence or dashboard-building, as this position focuses on executive-ready synthesis, strategic problem-solving, and mobilizing action across the firm.
What you'll do:
  • Executive Partnership & Leadership Decision Support

    • Lead "so what / now what" discussions connecting data and context to implications, tradeoffs, and actions;
  • Strategic Initiatives
    • Lead and deliver strategic initiatives that help the firm rethink elements of its commercial model (how we price/package, deliver value, and manage profitability levers) and operating model (decision rights, governance, incentives, and org structure);
    • Structure messy problems, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives from concept → decision → measurable outcomes;
  • Financially Focused AI Enablement
    • Help leaders and teams understand the implications of AI (how work changes, what becomes automated vs. elevated, evolving skills/controls, new ways of delivering value, etc.);
    • Drive AI literacy and adoption through practical enablement, such as use-case identification, "how-to" examples, playbooks, coaching, and integration into real projects/workflows;
  • Cross-Functional Mobilization & Change Leadership
    • Partner across Finance and adjacent teams to implement new ways of working and sustain adoption;
    • Establish clear workplans, decision logs, and follow-through mechanisms to keep initiatives moving and ensure accountability.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred;
  • 8+ years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting/strategy, business operations, analytics, or similar roles with demonstrated success leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives;
  • Exceptional structured thinking and communication skills- able to synthesize complexity into crisp, executive-ready recommendations and materials;
  • Proven ability to drive stakeholder alignment and adoption/change, not just analysis;
  • Experience in professional services environment highly preferred;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach

How you'll grow:
  • Cross-functional skills development & custom learning pathways
  • Milestone training programs aligned to career progression opportunities
