The Executive Recruiter will coordinate stakeholders, manage candidate experiences, deliver talent insights, and oversee the hiring process for senior-level positions.

This role supports high-tempo search delivery by coordinating stakeholders, protecting candidate experience, and keeping workflows predictable across multiple concurrent assignments.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach
• Deliver senior-level talent insights (availability, compensation signals, competitor mapping)
• Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping
• Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance
• Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
• Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps
Requirements
• Experience delivering senior or leadership hires, including complex stakeholder management
• Comfort conducting structured competency interviews and supporting reference processes
• Ability to provide credible market insights on talent availability and compensation signals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
• High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
• Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement
Benefits
