As an Executive Talent Intelligence Sourcer, you will play a critical role in building and scaling Regal Rexnord's Talent Intelligence capability. This is a contract position responsible for identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with senior-level and executive talent across a variety of business functions. Working in close partnership with Executive Recruiters and business leaders, you will develop targeted market intelligence, build executive talent pipelines, and support high-impact hiring initiatives that strengthen the organization's leadership bench.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in strategic sourcing environments, enjoys solving complex talent challenges, and is passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences for executive-level talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with Executive Recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies for senior leadership and executive-level positions.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines and executive talent communities aligned to current and future business needs.
  • Conduct market mapping, organizational research, and competitive intelligence to identify high-caliber executive talent across target industries and companies.
  • Develop and maintain talent intelligence insights, including competitor talent trends, succession considerations, and executive talent availability.
  • Engage passive executive candidates through personalized outreach strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, networking, referrals, industry events, and other sourcing channels.
  • Support strategic hiring initiatives and talent projects, including leadership succession planning, diversity sourcing initiatives, new business growth areas, and critical workforce planning efforts.
  • Partner with Executive Recruiters to create compelling candidate engagement strategies and ensure a seamless handoff from sourcing to recruitment processes.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness, pipeline health, talent availability, and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain executive talent pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), CRM platforms, and other talent intelligence tools.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement innovative sourcing techniques, technologies, and best practices to strengthen executive recruiting outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in executive sourcing, executive search, talent intelligence, research, or strategic talent acquisition.
  • Experience supporting executive-level, leadership, or highly specialized searches through a search firm, agency, or corporate recruiting environment.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, talent intelligence tools, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Experience conducting market mapping, organizational research, and talent intelligence analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive executive talent through consultative outreach and relationship-building strategies.
  • Experience building and managing talent pipelines, talent communities, and candidate relationship management processes.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational structures, leadership capabilities, and succession considerations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level professionals.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple executive searches and strategic projects simultaneously.
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a proactive mindset with a passion for uncovering talent and influencing hiring outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting executive recruiting or retained search engagements.
  • Experience using talent intelligence platforms and labor market analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, industrial, engineering, commercial, or technology talent markets.
  • Experience building diverse executive talent pipelines and supporting leadership succession initiatives.
