Join Jade's Program and Change Management Center of Excellence! We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organizational change tracks and ensure successful adoption of client IT transformations. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies that minimize resistance, maximize engagement, and drive sustainable organizational change for specific clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies and plans for specific client projects

  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations across multiple stakeholder groups

  • Create detailed change management roadmaps aligned with project timelines and business objectives

  • Define success metrics and key performance indicators to measure change adoption and effectiveness

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Design and implement targeted communication plans for diverse audiences at all organizational levels

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and change champions

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions

  • Create compelling change narratives that resonate with various audiences

Training & Adoption

  • Partner with training teams to develop role-based training strategies and materials

  • Identify skill gaps and design learning pathways to support new processes and systems

  • Monitor and report on training completion and competency development

  • Develop job aids, quick reference guides, and post-implementation support resources

Resistance Management

  • Proactively identify sources of resistance and develop mitigation strategies

  • Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions with leaders and employees

  • Create feedback loops to surface concerns and adapt change approaches accordingly

  • Build change champion networks to support peer-to-peer adoption

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Track change management metrics including adoption rates, satisfaction scores, and utilization data

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned

  • Provide regular status updates and insights to leadership and project teams

  • Continuously refine change management approaches based on organizational feedback

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably supporting large-scale transformations

  • Proven track record of successfully managing change in complex, matrixed organizations

  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks)

  • Certification in change management (Prosci, CMI, or equivalent) preferred

  • Previous experience in consulting preferred

  • Previous IT transformation projects strongly preferred, particularly CRM implementations

Skills & Competencies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience creating executive-level content

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Proficiency with change management tools, project management software, and data analytics platforms

  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability

  • High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity

  • Experience with technology implementations, process reengineering, or organizational restructuring
