Key Responsibilities:
Guide customers through the vehicle financing process, explaining available financing options and terms.
Secure competitive financing rates and terms from lending institutions.
Present and explain extended warranty and protection plans to customers.
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and ensure compliance with financing regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of automotive finance experience required.
Proven track record of success in automotive finance and sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in dealership finance and insurance (F&I) software systems.
Knowledge of state and federal finance regulations.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
