Perform routine and complex maintenance and repairs on Honda vehicles, including diagnostics, electrical, brakes, inspections, and parts replacement to manufacturer standards. Communicate repair recommendations and estimates, maintain records, follow dealership procedures, and keep current with Honda technical bulletins and training.

Lead dealership sales across Desk (deal structure), Floor (showroom/team development), and Screen (digital sales). Structure deals using Tekion, coach and hire sales staff, respond to online leads, build remote deals, oversee operations, collaborate with F&I and marketing, track performance metrics, and protect customer experience and CSI.

Organize, gather, audit, and process dealership paperwork for vehicle sales and leases, ensuring correct titles, liens, taxes, and compliance. Post deals to the general ledger, maintain required contract supplies, and keep accurate files and a professional workspace.

Engage customers to assess vehicle needs, present Toyota product features and financing, guide test drives and sales closings, follow up for satisfaction, use CRM to manage pipeline, collaborate with finance and service, meet monthly sales targets, and participate in ongoing product and sales training. Requires a valid driver’s license.

Finalize dealership financing and funding, secure lender approvals, present and sell protection products, ensure compliance and accurate documentation in Tekion, collaborate with sales to structure deals, manage lender relationships, and drive PVR, product penetration, funding speed, and CSI.

Provide HR administrative support across multiple dealerships: maintain employee records and HRIS data, process payroll/benefits actions, manage I-9s, assist onboarding and new-hire orientation, reconcile benefits and audit payroll, schedule and track prehire tasks, and respond to employee inquiries with excellent customer service.

Serve as the dealership's first point of contact by greeting customers, answering and directing calls, managing appointments, handling inquiries, maintaining an organized front desk, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operations and strong customer service.

Engage customers, guide them through vehicle selection and purchase, deliver white-glove digital deal handoffs, conduct test drives, and build pipeline via equity mining, service-lane engagement, and follow-up. Use CRM (VinSolutions, Tekion) and AI tools, meet monthly sales targets, protect CSI, and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations; inspect vehicles, provide repair estimates, follow manufacturer specifications and safety standards, keep workspace organized, and communicate with service advisors.

Convert showroom visitors into buyers by understanding needs, demonstrating vehicles and features, conducting test drives, maintaining CRM and customer records, assisting with paperwork, collaborating to meet sales targets, and supporting showroom displays and promotions.

Manage the pre-owned department: supervise sales staff, control inventory and lot operations, appraise trade-ins, coordinate reconditioning and deliveries, handle advertising and get-ready processes, meet monthly goals, and maintain high customer service/CSI ratings.

Lead and motivate the new car sales team to meet sales and profitability goals. Oversee new car inventory, deliver a luxury customer experience, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with finance, service, and marketing. Mentor and train sales staff to improve performance and foster long-term customer relationships.

Manage vehicle financing process: present financing options, secure lender terms, sell extended warranties, complete paperwork, maintain lender relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide customer support.
