Lead the used vehicle department by managing inventory pricing, merchandising, aging, profitability, appraisals, reconditioning, advertising, vehicle readiness, and deliveries. Recruit, coach, and support the pre-owned sales team while coordinating daily operations. Owns sales volume, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and team performance in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Greets showroom customers, supports Client Advisors, explains Porsche vehicle features and operation, completes new and certified pre-owned deliveries, and schedules follow-up encore demonstrations. Maintains customer contact through CRM, tracks inventory, records showroom traffic, communicates pending issues, supports sales objectives, and participates in meetings and events. Requires strong hospitality, communication, organizational, and customer-service skills, along with a clean driving record.

Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations. Inspect vehicles, identify additional maintenance needs, prepare repair estimates, follow manufacturer specifications and safety standards, maintain an organized workspace, and communicate with service advisors and team members.

Perform routine and complex maintenance and repairs on Honda vehicles, including diagnostics, electrical, brakes, inspections, and parts replacement to manufacturer standards. Communicate repair recommendations and estimates, maintain records, follow dealership procedures, and keep current with Honda technical bulletins and training.

Engage customers, guide them through vehicle selection and purchase, deliver white-glove digital deal handoffs, conduct test drives, and build pipeline via equity mining, service-lane engagement, and follow-up. Use CRM (VinSolutions, Tekion) and AI tools, meet monthly sales targets, protect CSI, and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Finalize dealership financing and funding, secure lender approvals, present and sell protection products, ensure compliance and accurate documentation in Tekion, collaborate with sales to structure deals, manage lender relationships, and drive PVR, product penetration, funding speed, and CSI.

Engage customers to assess vehicle needs, present Toyota product features and financing, guide test drives and sales closings, follow up for satisfaction, use CRM to manage pipeline, collaborate with finance and service, meet monthly sales targets, and participate in ongoing product and sales training. Requires a valid driver’s license.

Manage vehicle financing process: present financing options, secure lender terms, sell extended warranties, complete paperwork, maintain lender relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide customer support.

Lead dealership sales across Desk (deal structure), Floor (showroom/team development), and Screen (digital sales). Structure deals using Tekion, coach and hire sales staff, respond to online leads, build remote deals, oversee operations, collaborate with F&I and marketing, track performance metrics, and protect customer experience and CSI.

Lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations across seven dealerships, ensuring accurate payroll for hourly, salaried, commissioned, and union employees. Supervise payroll staff, maintain payroll systems and controls, handle tax reporting, reconciliations, garnishments, and year-end processing. Develop and administer compensation and commission pay plans, partner with leadership, HR, and accounting, and identify process improvements and compliance best practices.
