The Advisor Platform group within the Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Chief Product Office is seeking a Field Compensation Product Strategy & Delivery Senior Manager to lead the enterprise strategy, roadmap, and delivery of compensation product capabilities across advisor channels. This senior product leader will manage a team and own the multi-year compensation product strategy, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, transparent, and aligned with WIM business objectives and enterprise risk expectations.

In this role, you will:
- Manage a team of Product Managers responsible for Field Compensation Strategy & Delivery
- Define and lead the end-to-end compensation product strategy, multi-year roadmap, and execution
- Drive enterprise alignment across HR, Finance, Field Leadership, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Technology
- Translate compensation strategy into clear product outcomes and requirements
- Oversee development, delivery, and field readiness for compensation initiatives
- Ensure compensation solutions meet governance, control, and regulatory standards
- Monitor and improve key compensation metrics, including accuracy, timeliness, and advisor experience
- Identify opportunities to modernize and simplify compensation processes and tools.
- Serve as senior escalation and decision-maker for compensation product tradeoffs and prioritization
- Influence senior leadership through clear insights, recommendations, and storytelling
- 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Understanding of Financial Advisor and field compensation models, performance levers, and behaviors
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level product strategy in a large highly matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to develop multi-year product roadmaps aligned to business strategy and regulatory requirements
- Deep understanding of field compensation frameworks, incentive plan mechanics, operational controls, or compensation-related financial processes
- Experience improving field transparency, adoption readiness, or advisor experience metrics
- Strong experience collaborating with HR, Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Field or Sales leadership
