Responsibilities:

Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers, and ensure service level agreements are met

Work with our Logistics team to ensure the supply chain is resourced and optimized
-
Become a SME on our systems and devices to support our teams and devices in each region
-
Provide device setup, maintenance and commission training to our vendors and partners
-
Provide remote and occasional in person device troubleshooting and repair assistance
-
Improve target KPIs such as device uptime and reduce MTTR
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Project management experience

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

High attention to detail, organization, and ability to multi-task in a professional manner

Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel – medium skills
Base Hourly Range: $25.00-$35.00/hr USD
