About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounting Administrator to join our finance team. This key role is essential in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our financial processes, ensuring a robust and future-proof balance sheet and accurate financial statements. The Finance Administrator will support various finance functions, including Purchase Order (PO) management, Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GRIR) processes, pricing setup, Vistex reconciliation, and training commercial professionals on software system usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support for Purchase Order processes and manage GRIR accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.

  • Assist with Vistex-related financial activities including reconciliation and monitoring for precise financial entries and reporting.

  • Collaborate with sales and pricing teams to ensure accurate pricing setup in alignment with company policies.

  • Conduct regular training sessions for sales professionals on relevant financial systems to enhance efficiency.

  • Support the finance leadership team in preparing basic reports, financial summaries, and data analysis as required.

  • Work closely with departments such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Procurement to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial processes.

  • Assist with ad hoc accounting and administrative finance tasks as needed.

About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficient in financial software and systems; experience with SAP is required. Knowledge of Vistex, Anaplan, Ariba, and One Stream is a plus, with a strong ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and training.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with Tableau is an asset.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a capacity for implementing process improvements.
