As a Finance, Accounting, and Ops Analyst, you will support various finance functions, contribute to analyses, and help automate reporting processes while ensuring data accuracy and collaboration across teams.
Flex is building a finance super app for premium business owners — reimagining every single aspect of the financial workflow and financial services for any entrepreneur. The company has grown revenue 25x+ since publicly launching in September 2023 and is on track to achieve profitability by late 2025. Flex is focused on mid-market businesses ($3 - $100M revenue) that are largely overlooked by existing fintech solutions and reliant on slow and outdated regional banks. We are targeting a ~$1T revenue opportunity that is largely up for grabs.
We are looking for a Finance, Accounting, and Ops Analyst to join our growing team. This role is designed for someone who wants to gain exposure across Strategic Finance, Business Insights, Accounting, and Finance Operations. You’ll support the the multiple pillars withing the Finance & Accounting deparment, contribute to accounting projects, and collaborate with finance operations to drive efficiency and insight across the organization.
✅ What You’ll Do
- Support the Strategic Finance team by building ad-hoc analyses and contributing to FP&A initiatives
- Partner with the Business Insights team to define data requirements and build automated dashboards that support company-wide analysis
- Assist the Accounting function on special projects and initiatives to strengthen financial operations
- Work with the Head of Finance to automate debt facility reporting requirements and ensure accuracy in compliance reporting
- Work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for decision-making
- Leverage modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) to create scalable reporting solutions

- 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a foundation in financial concepts
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Ability to work across multiple functions, balancing priorities and contributing to diverse projects
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Curious and adaptable, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
