Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive menu-selling process to maximize profitability and product penetration
  • Track portfolio performance with lenders
  • Review daily paperwork flow to ensure timely and accurate deal processing
  • Support the sales team in achieving department goals
  • Uphold professional ethics, standards, and excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enforce proper selling methods
  • Set and maintain the finance department schedule
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team
Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED required
  • Prior automotive or F&I experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
