- Develop and execute a comprehensive menu-selling process to maximize profitability and product penetration
- Track portfolio performance with lenders
- Review daily paperwork flow to ensure timely and accurate deal processing
- Support the sales team in achieving department goals
- Uphold professional ethics, standards, and excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the sales team to enforce proper selling methods
- Set and maintain the finance department schedule
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team
- Minimum high school diploma or GED required
- Prior automotive or F&I experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
