The Position

As the Finance & Insurance Manager, your first responsibility is simple: help create a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for our employees and customers.

If we can’t provide that, we have no business being in business.

From there, we expect you to lead from the front. We believe real leadership is demonstrated, not announced. You should be willing to set the standard through your own actions, work ethic, professionalism, and attitude.

And yes — production matters. A lot.

Who We're Looking For

We want someone who is confident without the ego, competitive without being toxic, and motivated without needing to be babysat.

You should be:

• Experienced in automotive F&I
• A strong communicator and relationship builder
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-production environment
• Extremely knowledgeable about finance, products, and the automotive industry
• Coachable and willing to continuously improve
• Someone who takes pride in their appearance and professionalism
• A team player who understands that individual success and team success go hand-in-hand
• Hungry to win — while doing it the right way
