Finance & Business Management Associate - Cybersecurity & Technology Controls
Job Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate financial forecasting and reporting, including monthly financials, allocations, headcount analysis, and management reporting
- Lead the annual budgeting process in partnership with technology and finance stakeholders
- Support executive ad hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
- Lead financial analysis that provides insights for management decision-making and supports strategic business initiatives
- Partner with finance and functional teams to lead and support strategic projects
- Partner with Finance & Business Management teams to support technology-wide objectives and enterprise business cases
- Collaborate with team members and global managers to identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and enhance business processes
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and reporting for senior stakeholders
- Support business strategy development and execution through financial analysis and business management activities
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in Finance and Business Management, financial planning and analysis, or a related discipline
- Experience supporting technology organizations
- Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reporting for senior stakeholders
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and develop insights
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with Anaplan
- Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks Query, SQL, or Python
- Experience leveraging artificial intelligence tools to support analysis, reporting, and process improvement
