The brands on your kitchen shelf are run by people doing extraordinary work that nobody sees.
We're building the platform they run on, and a brand they'll be proud to be part of.
Confido is the AI operating system that runs cash application, deductions, trade and planning in one place for CPG brands. That means Finance, Sales, and Ops finally work on the same number.
We’re trusted by 250+ brands managing $30B+ in revenue, including Daisy, OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Idahoan, and more. We've achieved best-in-class growth and recently raised a $55M Series B led by Insight Partners to accelerate our momentum.
If you want your work on shelves everywhere — and outsized ownership while you build — we'd love to meet you.
The RoleAs a Data Analyst, you’ll build and own the data behind Confido’s finance function, reporting to our SVP of Finance. You’ll build the models and analyses that leadership, the board, and investors rely on, and use AI and automation to take manual work out of close, planning, and reporting.
You’re accountable for faster, better decisions, not for the number of dashboards you build.
What You’ll DoPartner with our SVP of Finance as the lead analyst for the finance team, turning open-ended questions into clear, data-backed recommendations
Design and build the finance data layer in Snowflake and BI tooling, including clean, well-documented data models and pipelines that bring together the ERP, CRM, billing, payroll and operational data into one trusted source of truth
Define and maintain core metrics in the semantic layer so reporting holds up for people and AI agents
Use AI and automation to remove manual finance and revops work, including reconciliations, anomaly detection, and self-serve reporting
Use advanced SQL to explore large, complex datasets and find what’s driving the outcomes
Go beyond surface-level numbers to explain the “why” behind performance trends, quantify opportunities and deliver clear recommendation
Turn analysis into clear narratives for the executive team, the board, and investors
Must Have:
2 to 4 years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or analytics engineer, ideally partnering with Finance or FP&A
Advanced SQL skills, especially debugging complex logic
Hands-on experience building models in dbt or a similar transformation framework
Track record of turning data into recommendations stakeholders act on
Strong written and verbal communication, including turning complex analysis into clear takeaways for senior leadership
You already use AI to work faster, whether automating repetitive tasks or drafting first-pass analyses
