We blend deep technical expertise with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to help the world’s leading companies move forward with confidence. We are actively expanding our Finance Effectiveness team and seeking professionals ready to deliver measurable impact on the most pressing priorities of modern finance organizations.

We are looking for a Senior Manager in the Finance Transformation practice to play a critical role in leading project teams and advising CFOs on how to evolve their finance organizations. This leader will help clients modernize their operating models, streamline processes, and adopt digital tools to unlock efficiency, insight, and agility. This role combines delivery ownership with client relationship development and offers a path to leadership within a high-impact consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead workstreams or medium-to-large engagements focused on finance operating model design, process optimization, and digital enablement across all finance areas.
·       Serve as a trusted advisor to finance executives, helping define transformation roadmaps and deliver business outcomes.
·       Oversee day-to-day client delivery, including project planning, stakeholder management, and quality assurance.
·       Support design and implementation of digital enablers such as ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday), EPM tools, automation, and analytics solutions.
·       Manage and mentor consultants and managers, fostering skill development and strong team performance.
·       Collaborate across firm capabilities (e.g., digital, risk, change management) to deliver integrated, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
·       Participate in business development efforts, including proposal creation, solution design, and client presentations.
·       Contribute to internal thought leadership, methodologies, and practice development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

·       Eight plus years of experience in finance transformation or consulting, with prior experience in a professional services firm strongly preferred.
·       Deep understanding of finance operations, shared services, or finance process redesign.
·       Working knowledge of enabling technologies such as ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday), EPM platforms, automation tools, and reporting solutions.
·       Demonstrated success leading client delivery teams and managing project workstreams.
·       Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
