Voltage Park is on a mission to make machine learning infrastructure accessible to all, from large enterprises and research universities to seed-stage startups and nonprofits. Providing seamless access to compute with pricing and inventory transparency is the future of access to GPUs, and we are the only cloud provider offering a platform that shows all available GPUs with transparent, market-based pricing, in addition to long-term reserve contracts for our customers.

As part of this effort, we’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll report to the VP of Finance and play a critical role in scaling our GPU cloud business through deep financial modeling, capacity forecasting, pricing strategy, and capital planning. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and GTM teams to ensure strong financial discipline and data-driven decision-making across the company.

This is a fully remote role (with some travel required 1-2x a quarter).

What You’ll Do
  • Own GPU Capacity Planning
Forecast infrastructure needs across our data centers and drive utilization efficiency. Analyze demand trends and partner with operations on future deployments.

  • Lead Financial Modeling & Forecasting
Maintain and refine our corporate operating model. Lead annual budgeting, monthly reforecasts, and scenario planning, integrating real-time hardware shipment and usage data.

  • Shape SaaS-Like Pricing Strategy
Develop pricing models for our GPU-as-a-service offerings, including pay-as-you-go and subscription tiers. Ensure pricing reflects competitive benchmarks, cost drivers, and customer value.

  • Partner Cross-Functionally on CapEx Planning
Work closely with engineering and capacity planning to align forecasts with expansion strategy. Collaborate with treasury and accounting on cash planning and capital allocation.

  • Model Unit Economics & Investment ROI
Own CapEx forecasting and provide insight into per-GPU cost structures, depreciation, and ROI. Support investment decisions with granular economic analysis.

  • Deliver Financial Reporting & Board Materials
Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analysis, and performance dashboards. Present insights to the executive team and board, highlighting opportunities and risks.

  • Support Fundraising, Debt Financing & Investor Relations
Partner with senior leadership on equity and debt financing initiatives. Own the preparation of investor materials, data rooms, and financial models to support due diligence, capital raises, and ongoing lender reporting.

  • Improve Systems & Process Rigor
Enhance tools, automation, and workflows across FP&A. Drive better accuracy, faster close cycles, and stronger controls through NetSuite, SQL, and FP&A tools.

Qualifications
  • 5–7 years in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance at high-growth startups

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  • Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets

  • Strong SQL proficiency (write and modify queries for self-serve analysis)

  • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP for reporting and reconciliation

  • Deep understanding of GAAP, budgeting, revenue recognition, and corporate finance

  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Proven ability to present complex financial insights to non-finance stakeholders

  • Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable in fast-paced environments

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, data centers, or AI/ML hardware environments

  • Prior exposure to fundraising, board decks, and investor relations
