Job Description

Position: Financial Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 12 Months

Experience: 

1-5 years of work experience. Provide financial analysis & support to Facilities and support functions. Planning/Reporting/Forecast and Analyses for the respective Division; Cost control, all types of financial analyses e.g. Sales Discount Analyses. Analyze business processes including inventory, costing, manufacturing metrics & reporting. Be an active commercial business partner. Prepare & present key metrics. Become key member of site Cost Reduction Initiatives. Assist in preparing budget & quarterly forecasts. Management team on a regular basis. Excellent I.T. skills essential. Good working knowledge of excel required and SAP experience is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting. Ability to work under pressure, and on own initiative. Good analytical / problem solving skills. Ability to work in a changing environment. Proactive approaches to influence the business decisions and drive improvements in factory cost effectiveness / out of the box thinking. Excellent communication and analytical skills ability to explain financial consequences to Management and where appropriate suggest alternative courses of action.Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint; Analytical thinker, able to analyze complex situation and comment in easy way. Able and willing to communicate with all company divisions. Selforganized, goal- and outcome oriented. Team oriented.
