Reply Inc. is looking for a Financial Manager for Chicago, IL. Duties: Leading management in reporting function for US companies; delivering accurate financial insights and strategic support to leadership; overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across US operations; ensuring alignment of management reporting standards and practices; supporting M&A and new corporate initiatives from financial standpoint.

Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, economics, or similar
- 4 years’ experience in finance positions in multinational organizations, to include budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting and corporate finance
- Experience supporting M&A and new corporate initiatives from financial standpoint
- Strong understanding of US and international financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
