Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Financial Process Improvement, this role is responsible for designing, building, and owning the measurement infrastructure that drives operational transparency and continuous improvement across the Accounting and Controllership organization. The role also maintains a dotted-line relationship with the broader enterprise data analytics team, ensuring alignment on data governance, tools, and best practices.
You will lead the development of dashboards, scorecards, and exception-based reporting tools using Tableau, SQL, and Excel—ensuring data integrity, usability, and impact. As a member of the Process Improvement team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and Accounting to define KPIs and success metrics, while applying Lean Six Sigma principles to ensure measurement systems support process capability and efficiency.
This role requires someone who can manage the full data lifecycle—from extraction and harmonization to visualization and storytelling—and who thrives in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment. You will build MVPs for analytics tools, iterate based on stakeholder input, and deliver insights that support root cause analysis, hypothesis testing, and performance optimization. Ultimately, you’ll be a champion of data-driven decision-making and a key driver of operational excellence.
Location and Status: This is a full-time hybrid position requiring in-office presence 3 days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu) with the ability to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

- Collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager of Process Improvement, the Finance Process Improvement Lead, and key business stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting needs, and success metrics.
- Own the end-to-end data lifecycle—from extraction and harmonization to visualization and reporting—ensuring data integrity and usability.
- Develop and manage dashboards, control charts, scorecards, exception reports, and heat maps that clearly communicate trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement principles to ensure measurement systems support process stability, capability, and efficiency.
- Build MVPs for reporting tools and iterate based on feedback and evolving business needs.
- Provide analytical insights that support root cause analysis, hypothesis testing, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on data visualization and measurement strategy within the department.
- Stay current on best practices in data analytics, visualization, and performance measurement, with a particular focus on metrics and measurement systems that support Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Serve as a Project Manager for assigned improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline preferred; candidates with equivalent practical experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or process improvement will also be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in a business intelligence, data analytics, or process improvement role.
- Proficiency in Tableau and Excel for data visualization, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Foundational understanding of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with control charts, SPC, and other quality measurement tools.
- Proven ability to define KPIs and translate business needs into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, especially for non-technical audiences.
