Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading and controlling financial reporting & analysis, developing and implementing HCSC’s financial reporting strategy. Position is also responsible for advising and consulting on financial accounting, reporting, and analysis to senior management.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.

  • 5 years accounting and financial reporting experience.

  • 2 years supervisor and/leadership experience, skills in motivation, employee development, performance management, and hiring.

  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication and presentation skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Established project management experience and ability to work with numerous different groups throughout a large organization

  • Demonstrated track record of attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills

  • Demonstrated project management skills

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant

  • Insurance statutory accounting and reporting experience

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$92,700.00 - $167,500.00
