Founding Engineer

You will build real products. Not a feature. Not a module. This is a company that cares deeply about the real next wave of AI

You will build real features, write real code, and ship real software that customers use. You will work directly with the founder, daily, on architecture and execution. This experience will be one of the most fun, yet challenging times of your life.

What you will do

Build and ship core product surfaces that enterprise customers interact with every day. Build internal tooling and data pipelines that make the platform faster, sharper, and more reliable. Deploy with real customers, collect real feedback, and iterate in days, not quarters.

What we are looking for

Strong full-stack ability with AI coding proficiency (Claude, Codex, Gemini). You move between frontend, backend, and infrastructure without waiting for someone to hand you a ticket. You have shipped production software that real people depend on. You have good judgment about when to go deep and when to keep it simple. You communicate clearly about what you are building and why. You do not wait for permission to fix things.

Python. Node.js. Next.js. You should be strong in at least two and willing to go deep on the third.

Bonus

Strong preference for ML Degree. Not opposed to fast learners. Data-heavy. Performance-sensitive systems. Enterprise infrastructure. Jupyter notebook enjoyer. Math.

What this role offers

Founding-level equity. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder inside a company backed by YC, Neo, and many others. You will make decisions that shape the product, the architecture, and the company. This is the role where you look back and say you built it.

To apply

Submit a 2-minute video walkthrough of a product you built. Show us what it does, how you built it, and why.

No minimum years of experience. No minimum GPA. We care about what you have built and how you think.
