- GTM & Sales Finance:
- Maintaining and calculating ARR and NRR as the operational source of truth, supporting the Head of FP&A in reporting to Finance leadership and the GTM organization.

- Professional Services Finance:
- Building the early PS finance infrastructure — establishing reporting cadences and project-level profitability tracking across fixed-fee and Time & Materials (T&M) engagements.
- Monitoring budgeted vs. actual hours and costs, flagging at-risk projects early to support PS leadership discussions led by the Head of FP&A.
- Maintaining backlog health visibility and developing initial capacity planning models as the foundation for deeper PS finance partnership over time.
- Annual Planning & Cross-Functional:
- Supporting the Head of FP&A on revenue and PS planning workstreams — owning model builds, data preparation, and consolidation inputs.
- Coordinating data gathering across GTM, Sales, and PS in support of Head of FP&A-led planning cycles and executive presentations.
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, with meaningful time at a SaaS company; prior SaaS experience is required.
