THE ROLE

We are seeking skilled editors to craft and refine synopses for one of the world’s largest streaming platforms. You’ll write or edit synopses for them in English. In addition, you’ll implement feedback following multiple rounds of review.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Native English speaker

  • 2 years of professional copywriting and editing experience

  • Lives in the US

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Able to respond quickly to feedback

  • Can provide a portfolio or samples of your work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience writing and/or editing synopses of shows or movies.

RATES & TITLE TYPES
  • Editing: Refining synopses written by other freelancers to ensure flow and impact.

    • Pay: $2.00 per synopsis (Estimated <5 mins per task).

WORKLOAD
  • Volume: 20–30 hours per week. 35–40 synopsis for editing once fully trained and onboarded.

  • Duration: Ongoing. We have a steady volume of work and are looking for a reliable and dedicated freelancer for the long term.

PAYMENT

We settle invoices through Wise or by bank transfer at the end of month following the month of the invoice.
