-Pay is $17-$19/ hr. based on experience plus bonuses

Our Chiropractic facility is seeking a friendly, outgoing, energetic, individual to manage our front desk as a receptionist and assist with sales. This individual is the first line of interaction with our company, and as such will be professional, highly organized, and able to accurately handle cash and charge transactions.

Front Desk experience is a plus, but we would be willing to train the right candidate.

Must be personable with excellent customer service skills.

Must be energetic, resourceful and highly organized with great multi-tasking skills.

Must be a team player and have a great work ethic.

You must be articulate with great verbal and written communication skills.

Greet and welcome patients; applicant will be courteous, efficient and friendly

Maintain tidiness of the reception and surrounding areas

Training will be provided

Position Requirements:

-Experience presenting programs a plus; or operating within a sales environment.

-Intermediate computer skills with standard business applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and internet.

-Ability to work under pressure maintaining professionalism and strong communication skills.

-Strong attention to detail and follow-through on assigned tasks.

-Adaptive to changing priorities and the dynamics of a growing organization.

-Organized with an ability to balance multiple projects in a fast paced environment.

-Working either a Saturday or Sunday from 10 AM - 4 PM required

One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM is required

We are currently hiring ONE candidate to fill one of the following schedules at our Mt. Prospect location:

Shift option 1
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

OR

Shift option 2
Wednesday: 2:45 PM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Each schedule is approximately 30 hours per week.

What a typical day looks like:

-Arrive 10 minutes early to clean, organize, and prepare for day.

- Return calls, texts, and emails regarding new patients and customer service matters

- Schedule new patients, give intake paperwork/tablet, and send patient to Doctor

- Educate patient on payment options which include single visit rate, packages, and memberships

- Assist returning patients with plan changes, and provide customer service.

- Complete daily tasks as listed on Daily Checklist for office procedures

- Be the smiling, friendly face that is the first step in making patients feel better!
