Job Summary & Responsibilities

PersonalizationMall is growing! We are currently seeking a Front-End Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience. We are looking for a creative problem solver and strategic thinker with a passion for delivering pixel-perfect solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Our current front-end stack includes LESS/SASS and jQuery/jQueryUI within a Visual Studio .NET environment. The right candidate should also be comfortable writing Vanilla JavaScript and TypeScript. Responsive/mobile design experience, with or without a framework, is required. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is strongly preferred but may be substituted for equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
  • Craft user-centric web pages and components from prototype to customer-facing pages using front-end best practices
  • Enhance application performance for optimal speed and adapt designs for mobile platforms
  • Create high-quality mockups and prototypes that meet design specifications
  • Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to refine website functionality
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to guide the development of solutions
  • Support back-end developers by assisting with code development and problem-solving
  • Stay updated with current trends in web development
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of front-end development experience
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, HTML5, CSS, SASS/LESS, and JavaScript
  • Experience building responsive, mobile-first web applications
  • Experience with Vanilla JavaScript and jQuery
  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue or React
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working with design tools (e.g., Figma)
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or TFS
  • Understanding of the full web development lifecycle (design, development, deployment)
  • Experience building reusable, modular UI components and scalable front-end architecture
  • Experience with cross-browser testing and debugging
  • Familiarity with content management systems
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
  • Hands-on experience running a local .NET environment
  • Experience with ContentStack
  • Experience with BrowserStack
  • Experience using Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with C# / .NET
  • Experience developing for eCommerce or online shopping cart platforms
  • Experience with CSS methodologies or frameworks (BEM, Tailwind, Materialize, Foundation)

The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
