Job responsibilities
What will you do?
As a Frontend Developer, you’ll join a new product team and help create a new product area from the ground up.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and other Engineering teams to shape solutions and turn ideas into high-quality user experiences. You’ll have meaningful ownership over both what we create and how we create it, while working in a modern development environment where AI and agentic development are part of the day-to-day engineering workflow.
You will:
  • Lead and own features end-to-end, from requirements and technical design through implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and production.
  • Work closely with Product to understand requirements, challenge assumptions, identify gaps and edge cases, and help shape solutions before implementation.
  • Take responsibility for the agreed requirements and ensure the delivered solution meets product and technical expectations.
  • Drive technical decisions for your features, identify risks and dependencies, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to move them forward.
  • Work independently and proactively, taking responsibility for outcomes rather than only implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend developers to deliver complete end-to-end product experiences.
  • Work closely with Backend developers to design and integrate APIs, align on data models and contracts, and solve integration challenges together.
  • Integrate and embed external frontend SDKs, UI libraries, and third-party packages into our product, adapting them to provide a seamless and consistent user experience.
  • Create reusable, maintainable frontend components and contribute to shared frontend foundations and our design system.
  • Write clean, well-tested TypeScript and continuously improve code quality and maintainability.
  • Use AI coding agents and modern agentic development workflows as an integral part of your day-to-day development process.
  • Guide, review, and validate agent-generated code, maintaining ownership and understanding of the code you deliver.
  • Continuously improve your AI and agentic development skills, and actively improve the context, instructions, and workflows that help AI agents work effectively within the codebase and team.
  • Explore new ways to use AI and automation to improve development speed, quality, testing, debugging, and engineering workflows.
  • Participate in technical design and contribute to frontend architecture decisions.
  • Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and continuous improvement within the team.
