This is a remote position.

  • Own the fulfilment lifecycle and operational performance
  • Establish proactive controls to identify and prevent fulfilment failures
  • Lead containment and resolution of complex or high impact operational incidents
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures
  • Manage order prioritisation, exceptions, escalations and ageing
  • Establish and continuously improve fulfilment SLAs, processes and controls
  • Coordinate vendors, procurement, logistics and internal teams
  • Provide clear executive level reporting on operational risks, performance and trends
  • Coach the team to independently identify and resolve operational issues
  • Drive continuous improvement in speed, reliability, cost and quality


Requirements
  • 5–8+ years in operations, fulfilment, supply chain, logistics or a similarly complex operational environment
  •  Demonstrated experience managing complex operational issues, incidents and escalations
  • Strong track record of preventing recurring issues through root cause analysis and process improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to contain operational disruption while maintaining customer and business continuity
  • Strong operational judgement and commercial awareness
  • High level of operational maturity and executive presence
  • Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and negotiating across functions
  • Proven people management and coaching experience
  • Highly analytical, structured and process oriented
