Own the fulfilment lifecycle and operational performance, managing prioritization, exceptions, escalations, incidents, SLAs, vendors, logistics, and cross-functional coordination. Lead root cause analysis, containment, prevention, and continuous improvement across speed, reliability, cost, and quality. Provide executive reporting on risks and trends while coaching the team to resolve operational issues independently and maintaining customer and business continuity.

- Own the fulfilment lifecycle and operational performance
- Establish proactive controls to identify and prevent fulfilment failures
- Lead containment and resolution of complex or high impact operational incidents
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures
- Manage order prioritisation, exceptions, escalations and ageing
- Establish and continuously improve fulfilment SLAs, processes and controls
- Coordinate vendors, procurement, logistics and internal teams
- Provide clear executive level reporting on operational risks, performance and trends
- Coach the team to independently identify and resolve operational issues
- Drive continuous improvement in speed, reliability, cost and quality
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in operations, fulfilment, supply chain, logistics or a similarly complex operational environment
- Demonstrated experience managing complex operational issues, incidents and escalations
- Strong track record of preventing recurring issues through root cause analysis and process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to contain operational disruption while maintaining customer and business continuity
- Strong operational judgement and commercial awareness
- High level of operational maturity and executive presence
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and negotiating across functions
- Proven people management and coaching experience
- Highly analytical, structured and process oriented
