About the role

Division 50 is a B2B lead generation and marketing services agency. We sell appointment-setting, outbound SDR programs, paid ads, SEO, and social media management to businesses across the US. We're hiring a Full-Cycle Sales Executive who can own the entire sale of these services to US businesses — from the first cold call through to a signed agreement.

This is a true full-cycle seat. You generate your own conversations, qualify the fit, run the pitch, handle the objections, and close. You'll also work the inbound leads our own marketing brings in. You're remote and you work US business hours so your calls land when American buyers pick up.

What you'll do
  • Cold-call US business owners and marketing decision-makers to open conversations about our lead generation and marketing services
  • Qualify inbound leads that come in from our own paid ads, SEO, and outreach — fast, so the hot ones don't go cold
  • Run discovery to understand what the prospect is trying to fix: not enough pipeline, weak ad performance, no SEO presence, thin social
  • Pitch the specific service that fits — appointment-setting, outbound SDR, paid ads, SEO, or social media management — and tie it to their actual problem
  • Handle pricing and objection conversations and negotiate to a close
  • Manage your own pipeline in the CRM and keep every deal's next step current
  • Hit a monthly closed-revenue number you own end-to-end
What we're looking for
  • You have personally SOLD lead generation services (appointment-setting, outbound SDR, paid-ads lead gen) AND marketing services (paid ads, SEO, social media management) to businesses in the US market
  • You can cold-call from a standing start — open the conversation, hold the line, and book the meeting yourself
  • You can qualify inbound leads and move them to a close, not just take orders
  • You've run a full sales cycle solo: qualify, book, pitch, negotiate, close
  • You've closed B2B deals with US businesses and can talk through your numbers — deal size, cycle length, close rate
  • You understand how the lead-gen / agency world works and can speak credibly to a business owner about it
  • You can work US business hours
  • Comfortable with a smaller base + high uncapped commission
Nice to have
  • Experience selling for another lead-gen or marketing agency
  • Familiarity with the buyer types we sell into — SMB owners, founders, in-house marketing leads
  • Comfort demoing or explaining how paid ads, SEO, and outbound campaigns actually produce results
About us & how to apply

Division 50 runs lead generation and marketing for businesses across the US — and we also stand up outsourced sales teams for clients who hire us to run their sales development. We're remote-first and we move fast. If you've sold lead-gen and marketing services in the US and you can carry a deal from cold call to close on your own, apply. Tell us what you've sold, who you sold it to, and the numbers you've put up.
