We are seeking a motivated and technically curious Full Stack Software Development Intern to join our IT Development team at our Milan, IL location. This is a paid internship is designed for students or recent graduates interested in building real-world applications using .NET and/or JavaScript while gaining exposure to ERP systems, automation, and enterprise software environments. Interns will work alongside experienced developers on meaningful projects that directly impact business operations. This position has the potential to turn into a full time role upon graduation or continued part time work until graduation.

Location: On-site Milan, IL

Pay: $19.23/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing and maintaining applications using C#, .NET, and/or JavaScript
  • Support UI enhancements and frontend component development
  • Participate in building internal tools, services, and automation solutions
  • Assist with ERP system integrations using APIs and web services
  • Support debugging, testing, and issue resolution across applications
  • Participate in code reviews and follow version control best practices
  • Assist with modernizing legacy C# and JavaScript codebases
  • Support performance optimization efforts related to SQL queries and APIs
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and development notes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and finance
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and development meetings
  • Perform additional development-related duties as assigned
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Foundational knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, or web development concepts through coursework or projects
  • Interest in enterprise software development and automation

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic understanding of object-oriented programming principles
  • Familiarity with .NET Core, JavaScript ES6+, HTML/CSS, and web APIs preferred
  • Working knowledge of Git or version control systems
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and readable code
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a development team
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability
