  • Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changes in project scope, timelines, and budget—including occasional non-traditional work hours
  • Uphold a high standard of personal and team safety in all work environments

  • Experience with GIS-CAD interoperability and data integration
  • Proficient in Esri ArcGIS Pro for intermediate to advanced desktop GIS tasks

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Effective communicator—able to convey technical concepts clearly across diverse audiences, both written and verbal
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and collaborative—thrives in dynamic, multidisciplinary team environments
  • Committed to continuous learning and professional growth in both technical and consulting domains

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in GIS, geology, geomatics, geotechnical engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline, with proven GIS-focused coursework or training.
  • Minimum of eight years of professional experience as a GIS Specialist or Analyst.
