Position Description:

Culture doesn't happen by accident. It is shaped by the experiences employees have every day and by how successfully they navigate change.

At PAR, we're looking for a Global Culture & Change Consultant to help create the experiences that strengthen connection, recognition, belonging, growth, and engagement across our global workforce. This role is responsible for bringing our culture to life through employee experience programs while helping employees and managers successfully adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working.

Reporting to the Head of Global Talent Strategy, you will lead and coordinate key employee experience initiatives, including recognition, mentoring, employee resource groups, volunteerism, communities of practice, onboarding culture experiences, and career development resources. You will also partner on people-related transformation initiatives, helping leaders and employees navigate change through thoughtful communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, and adoption support.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that combines program management, employee engagement, and change enablement. You will work across Talent Strategy, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, People Operations, and business leaders to deliver programs that strengthen culture, foster connection, and help change initiatives land successfully across the organization.

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR, Talent, Employee Experience, or Culture professional who enjoys building programs, managing multiple priorities, partnering with stakeholders, and creating meaningful employee experiences. You understand that successful change is ultimately about people, and you are passionate about helping employees adapt, grow, and thrive through periods of stability and transformation.
