As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global HR Operations Manager to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.

We are seeking a Global HR Operations Manager to lead the systems, processes, and governance that enable a best-in-class employee experience across our global workforce. This role will be instrumental in executing and scaling a global HR shared services model while ensuring operational excellence, data integrity, compliance, and process consistency across multiple countries and regions.

Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders, you will serve as the subject matter expert for HR operations and help execute scalable service delivery models, technology solutions, and governance frameworks that support the company's continued global growth.

What You'll Do
  • Manage HR operations for a large, field-based workforce, overseeing shift-based employee administration, workforce compliance, and employee lifecycle transactions across multiple locations.
  • Execute day-to-day global HR operations, ensuring efficient administration of employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries and entities.
  • Assist and execute the implementation of a global HR shared services model, including Tier 1/2/3 support structures, service delivery standards, service level agreements (SLAs), knowledge and policy management, and case management processes.
  • Optimize employee and manager support channels, including HR help desks, ticketing systems, and self-service platforms.
  • Support global HR data governance, ensuring accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance across all HR systems.
  • Manage and optimize HRIS platforms, including UKG, ADP, Workday, and related technology integrations.
  • Lead process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives across offboarding, employee/org changes, leaves administration, and other HR workflows.
  • Drive operational readiness and integration efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational transformations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, data privacy requirements, and record retention standards across all supported regions.
  • Hire, develop, and manage shared services team members while establishing quality, productivity, and customer service standards.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex employee, manager, HRIS, and compliance-related issues.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and delivering required workforce and compliance reporting.
  • Train and enable HR teams and employees on HR systems, self-service capabilities, and service delivery processes.


What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HRIS, Shared Services, Payroll, or a related function.
  • Experience supporting global or multinational organizations across multiple countries and legal entities.
  • Hands-on experience with UKG, ADP, Workday, or comparable enterprise HR technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated success building, scaling, or transforming HR shared services organizations and service delivery models.
  • Knowledge of global HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, payroll administration, compliance, and HR technology.
  • Experience supporting multi-country payroll environments and partnering with regional payroll providers.
  • Strong understanding of international employment practices, HR compliance requirements, and data privacy regulations, including GDPR and other regional privacy standards.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including experience developing executive-level workforce metrics and dashboards.
  • Proven project management experience leading large-scale process improvement, transformation, or system implementation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and senior business leadership.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.

  • Experience supporting employees across North America, EMEA, and LATAM.
  • Experience leading global HR system implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and post-transaction integration activities.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification.
  • Experience in high-growth, private equity-backed, or multinational organizations.

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

The salary range for this role starts at $90,000.00. This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), gym discount, mental health, Discounted Group Life & AD&D, Discounted Group Short & Long-term Disability, 401(k) retirement matching, PTO/paid holidays, and parental leave. This posted hourly rate is the final rate of pay for the position, based on job‑related factors consistent with applicable law.
