Team Overview

The Global Salesforce Effectiveness & Enablement team manages Salesforce and its ecosystem capabilities that support TransUnion’s marketing, sales, service, and operations organizations, ensuring systems are not just implemented, but consistently leveraged to drive measurable improvements in revenue growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
This role reports to the Sr Director, Solution Architecture and leads a geographically distributed team and is critical in translating business goals into scalable, role-based workflows and embedding sustainable adoption through data-driven insights, AI, and modern enablement techniques. It directly influences productivity, pipeline quality, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency by accelerating adoption velocity and ensuring value realization from technology investments. Ultimately, its success determines whether Salesforce investments deliver tangible business outcomes versus remaining underutilized tools. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible for enterprise-wide technology effectiveness, including implementation, training, adoption, governance, and value analysis.
  • Partner with global and cross-functional internal stakeholders to drive alignment of enablement strategies for diverse business objectives while standardizing best practices and enabling localized execution
  • Drive stronger value realization by connecting technology usage to measurable business outcomes, including seller efficiency, customer experience, speed to market, pipeline support, revenue opportunity growth, and ROI.
  • Build and maintain a roadmap for Salesforce and adjacent sales technology capabilities, balancing stakeholder needs, business priorities, compliance requirements, and long-term operational strategy.
  • Strengthen adoption and usage by ensuring sellers and managers understand how to effectively leverage available tools, reporting, and workflows in support of business objectives.
  • Improve the team’s analytical capability by helping define performance insights, adoption analytics, utilization reporting, and value stories that demonstrate how technology supports business outcomes.
  • Lead governance and prioritization across varied stakeholder needs, ensuring tool usage, enhancements, and processes remain aligned with audit, compliance, and global regulatory expectations.
  • Partner cross-functionally and globally with business, procurement, legal, technology, operations, compliance, finance and sales leadership teams to ensure consistent execution while allowing for appropriate localization.
  • Support the organization’s continued exploration of AI-enabled sales operations, including how AI and automation can improve seller efficiency, adoption, and operational effectiveness.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce, sales technology, or seller enablement capabilities, with the ability to translate platform usage into measurable business outcomes.
  • 5+ years of experience directly leading, coaching, and developing teams, ideally in a globally matrixed or remote environment where stakeholder alignment and prioritization are critical.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders to align technology capabilities, roadmaps, and operational priorities to business goals, revenue outcomes, user adoption, and ROI.
  • Strong analytical orientation, with experience using data, reporting, utilization insights, and performance metrics to evaluate adoption, identify improvement opportunities, and tell a clear value story to stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in a regulated environment or supporting governance, audit, compliance, or global legal requirements within technology-enabled business processes.

Required Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms, including a practical understanding of how users navigate, adopt, report on, and gain value from CRM capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of sales technology tools and capabilities beyond CRM, such as email platforms, calling/phone platforms, data enrichment tools, account planning solutions, utilization reporting, or seller productivity tools; Gong, Backstory experience preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate sales technology utilization, adoption, and ROI through reporting, dashboards, user feedback, performance insights, or similar measurement frameworks and present findings to leadership.
  • Strong understanding of platform governance, operational controls, and global compliance standards tied to sales technology usage in a complex business environment.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation concepts as they apply to operations, seller enablement, productivity, or workflow optimization.

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $150,100.00 - $225,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
