Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain GMS applications according to client specifications and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Analyze user requirements and provide technical solutions that enhance application performance and usability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner to ensure system stability and reliability.
  • Perform regular code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain code quality and compliance.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in GMS technologies to recommend improvements.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams to facilitate effective application use.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an application engineer or similar role in GMS application development.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, programming languages, and application architecture.
  • Experience with database management and integration of various IT systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
